Terms of Use

1. Sports intelligence, not a sportsbook

BettorsACE provides analytics, market context, model-supported analysis, evidence records, reports, and decision-support tools. BettorsACE does not accept bankroll deposits. BettorsACE does not place or settle wagers. BettorsACE does not custody wagering stakes and does not operate a sportsbook or betting exchange. BettorsACE does not initiate wagering payouts. Any wager is a separate transaction between you and a third-party operator.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms and, for wagering-related decision support, an adult who is legally permitted to access and use such information in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether your use of BettorsACE and any separate third-party wagering activity is lawful where you are located.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

Sports outcomes and betting markets are uncertain. BettorsACE does not guarantee wins, profits, accuracy, return on investment, closing-line value, or continued availability of any perceived edge. Model probabilities, confidence values, expected value estimates, rankings, and recommendations are analytical outputs, not promises of future performance. Historical results do not guarantee future results.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through your credentials. Do not share credentials or attempt to bypass access controls, release gates, entitlement checks, rate limits, or security mechanisms. Notify BettorsACE if you believe your account or API credential has been compromised.

5. Subscriptions, reports, and payments

Paid features may include subscriptions, individual reports, API access, or enterprise services. Prices, billing periods, included features, and cancellation terms are presented at purchase or in the applicable order. Payment processing may be performed by a third-party payment provider. Except where required by law or stated in a specific offer, fees already earned for delivered digital services are not automatically refundable.

6. APIs and automation

API and MCP access is subject to the applicable plan, credentials, quotas, technical documentation, acceptable-use requirements, and release controls. You may not use the service to defeat rate limits, scrape protected data without authorization, interfere with platform integrity, reverse engineer protected model assets, or falsely represent BettorsACE outputs as guaranteed or independently validated when they are not.

7. Third-party services and data

BettorsACE may display or link to information from sportsbooks, sports-data providers, payment processors, authentication services, or other third parties. Third-party prices, odds, availability, terms, and data can change or be delayed. BettorsACE is not responsible for a third party's service, transaction execution, account decisions, or terms.

8. Intellectual property

BettorsACE software, interfaces, branding, reports, documentation, model-output presentation, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only the limited right to use the service as authorized by your plan or agreement. Enterprise or API customers may receive additional rights under a separate written agreement.

9. Responsible use

Use sports-intelligence products within financial limits you control. BettorsACE is not a substitute for financial, legal, tax, medical, or mental-health advice. If wagering is causing financial or personal harm, stop wagering and seek appropriate professional or responsible-gambling support.

10. Service changes, suspension, and termination

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, product changes, abuse prevention, or release integrity. Access may be suspended or terminated for material violations of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BettorsACE is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that sports data, prices, model outputs, reports, or service availability will always be complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular wagering decision. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BettorsACE and its operators are not liable for losses arising solely from a user's independent decision to place, size, modify, or settle a wager with a third party, or from third-party odds changes, market suspension, account restrictions, data outages, or operator actions. Any mandatory rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

13. Enterprise agreements

If you use BettorsACE under a separately signed enterprise, API, reseller, or services agreement, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform, commercial model, or legal requirements change. Material changes should be reflected by a new effective date. Continued use after an applicable update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
