Information we may collect
- Account and identity information: name, email address, account identifiers, authentication events, subscription tier, and related account settings.
- Product and device information: pages and features used, browser/device attributes, approximate network information, diagnostics, performance events, and security telemetry.
- Transaction information: subscription or report-purchase status, product identifiers, amounts, timestamps, and payment-provider references. BettorsACE does not need to receive full payment-card numbers when payment is handled by a payment processor.
- Support and business communications: messages, feedback, enterprise/API inquiries, incident reports, and information you choose to provide.
- User-supplied sports or bankroll inputs: information you choose to enter into decision-support features. BettorsACE does not accept bankroll deposits or custody wagering stakes.
How we use information
We may use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, administer subscriptions and report access, maintain release and evidence records, improve product quality, troubleshoot incidents, prevent abuse, measure product performance, communicate with users, satisfy contractual obligations, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
Service providers and disclosures
BettorsACE may use specialized providers for authentication, cloud hosting, databases, payments, analytics, monitoring, communications, and security. Those providers process information for the services they perform for BettorsACE. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, in connection with a corporate transaction, or with your direction or consent.
Analytics, cookies, and similar technologies
BettorsACE may use cookies, local storage, session technologies, and analytics/observability tools to keep users signed in, remember settings, measure service performance, detect misuse, and understand product usage. Browser controls may allow you to limit certain storage or tracking technologies, although disabling required technologies can affect functionality.
Data retention
We retain information for periods reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including account administration, security, financial recordkeeping, evidence/audit requirements, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Retention can differ by data category and service relationship.

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Security issues may be reported through our security disclosure.
Your choices and privacy rights

Children
BettorsACE is not directed to children. Sports-wagering-related decision support is intended only for adults who are legally permitted to access such information in their jurisdiction.
Third-party services
BettorsACE may link to third-party sportsbooks, data providers, authentication services, payment processors, or other external services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices and are not controlled by BettorsACE.
